WHERE WILL WE WALK IN THE NEW CONCOURSE?
Below are images taken from the 'bid pack' to be approved ASAP by the Rec and Park Commission and sent out for quote. I am violating the law by showing these because no one is supposed to see them before the bidders do. There are many, many negative impacts to pedestrian access to and through the Concourse, There are also many, many changes to what was an historic site. This is why the Rec and Park Dept. are opposing landmark status for the Concourse.
