The tower has come down from 160' to 144', but the
old tower is not 125' as listed in the EIR, nor 136' as Fine Arts Director Harry
Parker claimed in before the SF Board of Directors.
The old tower is actually just over 118' in
relationship to the 144' New New tower.
The trees next to the tower. of which some will have to be cleared, are 87' to 90'
tall
