HEALTHY SATURDAYS proposes a 6-month trial, starting May 27th, making Saturdays on JFK Drive in Golden Gate Park the same car free experience as Sundays.

Which Park would you rather peddle, skate, stroll, or simply be in?

Are a few free parking spaces more important then the health of our citizens? Supervisors Ross Mirkarimi, Jake McGoldrick, Aaron Peskin, Gerardo Sandoval, Chris Daly, and Tom Ammiano and Sophie Maxwell don't think so and all are co-signers to this intiative.

But what of Supervisors Michela Alioto-Pier, Sean Elsbernd, Fiona Ma, Bevan Dufty,? Use the linked e-mails and ask them what they have against free healthful recreation!
